Returns for Store credit only PLEASE READ

Please read size chart to ensure proper fit. Please double check shipping addresses to avoid lost or delayed packages. Seller is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

As we are a new shop, returns will only be processed for store credit at the moment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at kursedthread@gmail.com with your order #.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Buyer is responsible for return postage, use USPS as they deliver to PO boxes. Returns using Fedex or UPS will not be accepted. Please provide the tracking number as part of the return process. Once return is received and inspected then store credit will be issued to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How long will orders take to process?

We are a small team please allow 7-10 days for items to be shipped. Items may be shipped sooner.

Can I return items?

How long will it take to process my return?

Returns may take up to 7 days to process once item is received.

Can I exchange my item?

We do not offer direct exchanges for items at the moment.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we cannot support international sales at the moment. We are working toward a solution for future releases. Thank you for understanding!
